Rellio is a client, session, scheduling, payment-tracking, progress-tracking, and business-management platform for service-based professionals.

Rellio may provide tools for:

• Client management
• Session scheduling
• Calendar management
• Payment tracking
• Notes
• Goals
• Progress tracking
• Reporting
• Business profile management
• Third-party integrations

Features may change or expand over time.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to create and operate a Rellio professional account.

Rellio professional accounts are intended for adults.

By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Keeping your password secure
• Protecting access to your account
• Activities performed through your account
• Promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

Do not share credentials in a manner that creates unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the client information you enter into Rellio.

You represent that you have the necessary permission, authority, consent, or lawful basis to collect and manage such information.

You should only store information reasonably necessary for your professional activities.

You are responsible for complying with laws and professional obligations applicable to your own business.

Rellio is a business-management tool.

New Way Prosper, LLC does not provide the teaching, coaching, consulting, training, mentoring, or other professional services managed through Rellio.

Each Rellio user is solely responsible for the services they provide to their clients.

Rellio currently allows users to record and track payments.

Unless a separate payment-processing feature is specifically introduced, Rellio does not process, transfer, hold, or receive client funds on behalf of users.

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of payment records they enter.

Rellio may allow users to connect third-party calendars such as Google Calendar.

Third-party integrations may be subject to:

• Availability
• Authorization requirements
• Third-party terms
• Third-party service interruptions

Rellio cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of services controlled by third parties.

You agree not to use Rellio to:

• Violate applicable law
• Access another person's account without authorization
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Interfere with operation of the platform
• Store unlawful content
• Harass, exploit, or harm another person
• Misrepresent your identity or authority
• Use the platform for fraudulent activity
• Attempt to extract another user's confidential information

We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect Rellio, our users, or others.

You retain responsibility for information, notes, records, logos, business information, and other content you enter into Rellio.

You grant Rellio only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that information in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Rellio, including its:

• Name
• Branding
• Interface
• Software
• Original website content
• Platform design
• Proprietary features

is owned by or licensed to New Way Prosper, LLC, except where otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

We may:

• Improve features
• Modify functionality
• Add features
• Remove features
• Perform maintenance
• Temporarily suspend parts of the service

We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or operate without interruption.

Certain Rellio features may be introduced while still being tested or improved.

Such features may change and may experience temporary errors or limitations.

Users should maintain appropriate independent records for information that is critical to their business.

Rellio is provided as a business-management and organizational tool.

It is not a substitute for:

• Legal advice
• Accounting advice
• Tax advice
• Financial advice
• Medical advice
• Professional regulatory advice

Users remain responsible for decisions made in operating their businesses.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, New Way Prosper, LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Rellio.

This includes losses resulting from:

• User-entered errors
• Third-party service interruptions
• Calendar integration failures
• Internet outages
• Unauthorized access outside our reasonable control
• Business decisions based on user-entered information

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud
• Security concerns
• Illegal activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Threats to other users or the service

Users may stop using Rellio at any time.

Additional account cancellation and deletion tools may be provided within account settings.

These Terms may be updated as Rellio evolves.

Material changes may be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of Rellio following an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
