Rellio users may also enter information relating to their own clients, including:

Rellio does not require clients of Rellio users to create their own accounts in the current version of the platform.

Rellio provides tools that allow professionals to organize information about their clients.

The Rellio user who enters client information is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority, consent, or other lawful basis to collect, store, and manage that information.

Users should only enter information that is reasonably necessary for their professional relationship with the client.

Information may be used to:

• Provide and operate Rellio
• Create and maintain user accounts
• Manage clients and client records
• Manage sessions and schedules
• Track payments and outstanding balances
• Track goals and progress
• Provide calendar functionality
• Maintain user business profiles
• Improve platform reliability and usability
• Provide customer support
• Protect the security of the platform
• Prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

The current version of Rellio allows users to record and track payments received outside the platform.

Rellio does not currently process client payments directly.

Users may record payment information such as:

• Amount
• Date
• Payment method
• Related client
• Related session
• Reference information
• Notes

Users should not enter full credit card numbers, banking passwords, PIN numbers, or other sensitive financial credentials into Rellio notes or payment records.

Rellio may allow users to connect their Google Calendar.

When a user enables Google Calendar integration, Rellio may access information necessary to create, update, or remove calendar events associated with Rellio sessions.

Rellio is designed to send only necessary scheduling information to Google Calendar, such as:

• Client name
• Session type
• Date
• Start time
• End time

Rellio should not intentionally send private session notes, payment information, balances, assessments, or progress notes to Google Calendar.

Users may disconnect Google Calendar through their Rellio integration settings.

Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Rellio may use third-party technology providers to operate parts of the platform, including services related to:

• Hosting
• Database storage
• Authentication
• Application infrastructure
• Calendar integrations
• Email or communication services
• Analytics and security

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information stored through Rellio.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should use strong passwords and appropriate account-security practices.

Rellio is designed so each authenticated user can access only the business and client information associated with their own account.

Users must not attempt to access another user's account or data.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Rellio
• Maintain user accounts
• Meet legitimate business needs
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreements
• Comply with legal obligations

Additional account deletion and data-retention options may be introduced as the platform develops.

Rellio user accounts are intended for adults who are legally able to enter into an agreement to use the service.

Professionals using Rellio may work with clients who are minors.

When entering information concerning a minor, the professional is responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required by applicable law.

Rellio is not intended for children to independently create or operate professional accounts.

Depending on the features available in your account, you may be able to:

• Update your profile information
• Correct client information
• Edit or delete records
• Disconnect integrations
• Change account preferences
