Not currently. The current version of Rellio is designed for the professional/business user. Client portal access may be introduced in a future version.

Does Rellio process payments?

Rellio always lets you record and track payments you receive outside the app, such as cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, check, or bank transfer. On the Pro and Plus plans you can also connect your own Stripe account and collect client payments online through secure Stripe payment links. Money goes directly to your Stripe account; Rellio never holds your funds.

Can Rellio accept payments from my clients?

Yes, on Pro and Plus. Connect your Stripe account in Settings, then send a client a secure payment link for the amount you choose. When they pay, the payment is recorded in Rellio automatically and applied to their balance. Standard Stripe processing fees apply. Rellio does not add any surcharge on top of Stripe's fees. Manual payment tracking is included on every plan, including Free.

How much does Rellio cost?

Rellio has three plans: Free, Pro and Plus. Free costs nothing and does not require a credit card. Pro and Plus are paid monthly or annually, and annual billing costs less than paying month to month. Current prices, and what each plan includes, are always listed on the Pricing page.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of your current billing period. Downgrades and switching between monthly and annual billing take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you can resume before then if you change your mind.

What happens if a subscription payment fails?

Rellio gives you a seven-day grace period to update your payment method, and your paid features keep working during that time. If the payment still cannot be collected after the grace period, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted when a plan changes. You can update your card from Plan & Billing in Settings at any time.

Are Rellio subscription fees different from client payment fees?

Yes, they are completely separate. Your Rellio subscription is what you pay Rellio for the Pro or Plus plan. Client payments collected through Stripe go to your own connected Stripe account, and Stripe charges its standard processing fee on those. Rellio takes no cut of your client payments.

Yes. Rellio can track full and partial payments and calculate remaining outstanding balances.

Yes. Users can edit payment records and, where available, delete an incorrect payment. Balances and related payment information should recalculate after corrections are made.

Yes, where Google Calendar integration is available. Users can connect their own Google Calendar and sync Rellio sessions to the calendar they select. The initial integration is designed primarily to send Rellio sessions to Google Calendar.
